Fire Precautions

The hotel has a comprehensive fire precaution system. Please familiarise yourself with the evacuation plans on the back of your bedroom door. The fire assembly point is in the main car park

Fire Alarm test

The fire alarms are tested every Monday morning at 11.00am. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you

Emergencies & medical matters

Should you require any assistance, including medical assistance at any time of the day or night, please contact reception on 0 from any room telephone

Afternoon Tea

Is served in the bar or outside every day from 12 noon until 5.00 pm

Bar

The Hotel bar is situated just off the main reception area and has a range of draught and bottled beers, an extensive selection of whiskies, brandies and ports, as well as selection of spirits and wines. Soft drinks are also available.
The bar also offers a selection of teas and coffees and serves cakes and snacks all day.

Drinks are available 24 hours a day – the bar is staffed between 7 am and 11pm and outside of these hours our night team can assist
Bar Snacks
Food is served in the bar all day between 12 noon until 9.30 pm.

Blankets, Bathrobes and bedding

Should you require any additional bedding, please contact reception. Bathrobes have a hire charge of £5 for the duration of your stay. Replacements will be charged at £25 each

Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 6.30 and 10.00 a.m. Monday – Friday and 8.00 – 10.30 a.m. at weekends & on bank holidays. Room service breakfast is available, please complete the slip in your room and simply hang it on the outside of your door when you retire for the night. This is found in this folder. Please note there is a surcharge for room service breakfast

Business services

Fax and photocopying facilities are available from 7.00 am – 11.00 pm via reception. Prices on request. We have a PC and printer with internet access available for your use, free of charge in the business centre at reception.

Car parking

The hotel has an extensive free car park. All vehicles parked in the car park are done so at the owners own risk. The Ramada Resort Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa cannot accept liability for any loss or damage caused to vehicles parked there

Check out time

Check out is 11.00am on the day of departure. If you wish to extend your stay, please advise reception as soon as possible. A later departure time may be available, subject to volume of business for an additional £25 charge

Conference facilities

The hotel is proud to offer a wide variety of conference rooms, suitable for meetings up to 200 delegates. If we can help with any arrangements, please ask to speak to one of our conference office staff, who will be only too happy to help

Cots or extra beds

There is a limited number of cots and additional children’s beds available, please contact reception if you require any assistance

Cwrtium Spa

The hotel has its own Spa, using ELEMIS range of products, and offering a wide variety of treatments. Please see the separate brochure in your room for details and prices of the treatments available. Please note, it is be necessary to book treatments in advance to avoid disappointment if fully booked. The Spa is open 9.00 am until 6.00 pm 7 days a week.

Disabled guests

The hotel has a limited number of accessible rooms, suitable for the partially disabled. Please ask at reception for further assistance

We can arrange a full variety of conference and AV equipment for your meeting, please liaise with the reception team

Foreign currency

We are unable to exchange monies at the hotel, but the banks in Usk or local supermarkets offer these services

Green policy

The hotel is trying to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible and we would be grateful for your assistance. If you require clean towels, please place them inside the bath tub; if however, you are happy to reuse them, leave them on the towel rail, and the staff will refold them.

Hairdryers

Hairdryers are fitted into every room. They are found in one of the bedroom draws or in wardrobe.

Heating

The radiator in your room can be controlled by the thermostatic valve on the side. If you require any additional heating, please contact reception, who will organise a portable electric heater.

Internet

All rooms have a complimentary high speed internet access. Guests connect to GuestWiFi and accept the terms and conditions, if you have any problem accessing this service, please contact reception for assistance.

Irons and ironing boards

Should there not be an iron and board in your room, please contact reception, who will organise one to be delivered to your door

Ice

If you would like ice delivered to your room, please contact reception or room service

Just ask us anything you need!

Key cards

Please ensure that you take the paper key card with you if you wish to charge spa treatments, food or drinks to your room. Staff will not accept sight of a room key as proof of residency in that room.

Laundry and dry cleaning

A same day service is available for laundry only. Please place your laundry in the bag found in the dresser drawer, and leave with reception before 9.30am. your laundry will be returned to your room by 5.30pm the same day. Check with reception about Dry cleaning times.

Leisure club

The hotel leisure club includes a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and state of the art gym. Please feel free to make use of the leisure club during your stay, opening times are 7.00am until 9.00pm Monday to Friday, and from 8am at weekends. Children swimming times are 9AM – 11AM and 4PM – 6PM Monday to Sunday. Children under 16 years MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES. Under 16 year olds unfortunately cannot use the gym.

Lost property

All lost and left property is in the care of our Reception team. Items will be kept for 28 Days.

Luggage

If you require help with your cases, please call reception, and a member of our team will assist you to your car, at any time of the day

Left luggage

There is limited storage available for luggage after departure, if required. Please advise reception if you need to store luggage.

Maintenance

Every effort has been taken to ensure your room is in perfect condition. However, if for any reason there is an issue with anything in your room, please contact reception. We will endeavour to repair any issues, or failing this, organise an alternative room

Messages

If there is no reply from your room, messages will be taken by reception and delivered to your room

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex credit cards and cash. These are accepted at the hotel for payment of accounts. Unless organised prior to arrival, all accounts must be settled prior to departure

Refreshments

Should you require any further supplies for the complimentary tea tray, please contact our reception team, who will organise further supplies. Alternatively, a range of hot and cold drinks are available from the bar or night staff, 24 hours a day

Restaurant

The Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
Lunch is served all day in our bar and lounge area and dinner is served between 7.00pm and 9.30pm Last orders for dinner are 9.30pm. If you would like to book a table, please contact reception

Room hire

All of our conference rooms are available for private hire. If you have any conference requests, please ask to speak to a member of our sales team

Room to room calls

To call another room, use the two digit room number with suffix 2 i.e. Room 15 dial 215, room 7 dial 207.

Room service

A room service menu is included as part of this guest directory, please contact reception to place your order. Breakfast is available during normal breakfast hours, and hot food is served until 9.30 pm. Please note, there is a £4 tray charge on all room service trays

Safety deposits

If you require anything to be kept in a safe, there are safes and laptop safes available in the business centre for free use.

Security

Reception is staffed 24 hours a day for your security and convenience. If you have any reason to suspect anything, please report this to reception as soon as possible. Security chains are fitted to all bedroom doors for your peace of mind. We would suggest guests in ground floor rooms ensure the security locks are used on bedroom windows

Smoking

ALL BEDROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. Please note that it is an offence to smoke anywhere inside the hotel. An additional charge of £70 will be levied on any room where a guest has been found to be smoking

Special occasions

We offer a range of special occasion packages, ranging from a champagne breakfast to flowers and chocolates in your room on arrival. For future bookings please ask at the time of booking for one of our celebration packages; or if you need to organise something now, ask our team who will be able to offer you a range of options at short notice

Telephones

To make an external call. Please dial 9 and then the number you are calling. Please remember to use international dialling codes where necessary. To make an internal call just add 2 to the room number – ie Room 15 dial 215, Room 3 dial 203. A list of these can be found at the back of this directory

Television

To operate the TV in your room, please ensure it is switched on at the wall, and then use the remote to access the channels.

Toiletries

An additional selection of complimentary toiletries is available via the reception desk. We also stock items that you may have forgotten.
